Alemari is a discovery and connection platform that helps travellers find trips and connect with independent trip organisers. Alemari is not a travel agency, tour operator, transporter, or trip organiser itself, and does not organise, operate, or lead any trip listed on the platform. Our role is limited to listing trip information and enabling travellers to contact organisers directly.
No Direct Responsibility for Trips Listed by Organisers
All trip details — itineraries, pricing, schedules, inclusions, exclusions, meeting points, transport, permits, and safety arrangements — are provided by, and are the sole responsibility of, the respective organiser. Alemari does not independently guarantee:

Bookings & Payments Happen Directly With Organisers
Alemari does not process, collect, or hold any payment for any trip. All bookings and payments happen directly between the traveller and the organiser, through whatever method the organiser accepts (e.g. UPI, bank transfer). Alemari is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, or any financial loss arising from it.
Organiser Verification
Alemari may display a "Verified" status or similar indicator for some organisers, based on limited checks we perform. This is not a guarantee of an organiser's legitimacy, licensing, financial standing, or ability to deliver a trip as described. Travellers should exercise their own judgement and due diligence before booking.
Pricing & Trip Information
Prices, dates, and other trip details are set and updated by organisers and may change without notice. Alemari makes reasonable efforts to display accurate information but does not guarantee it is current or error-free at the time you view it or contact an organiser about it.
For Organisers
Organisers listed on Alemari are independent business operators, not employees, partners, or representatives of Alemari.
Organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for obtaining any permits or licenses required, for complying with applicable laws (including safety and tax obligations), and for delivering trips as advertised.
Alemari does not guarantee any particular volume of enquiries, bookings, or business outcomes from listing on the platform.
Alemari is not responsible for disputes between an organiser and a traveller, including disputes over payment, cancellation, or trip quality.
Any tools Alemari provides to organisers (such as invoice generation) are utilities for the organiser's own use — Alemari does not verify the accuracy of business, tax, or financial information an organiser enters, and is not responsible for its compliance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Alemari provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alemari is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or from any trip booked through an organiser found on it.

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of Alemari after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.
