For Organisers

Organiser Guide

Everything you need to know to list great trips and get real enquiries.

1

Getting started

Sign in with Google, then apply. If you're not already listed as an organiser, listing a trip walks you through a quick apply form (your WhatsApp or phone number is required) — once approved, you're ready to list.

List it yourself, or let us help. Use the 3-step wizard (Trip Details → Photos → Contact) to add a trip on your own. Already active on Instagram? Share your existing posts with us and we can turn your captions and posters into a draft trip directly — faster than typing everything from scratch.

2

Payments — good to know upfront

Alemari doesn't process bookings or payments. You collect payment directly from your traveller — however you normally do it (UPI, bank transfer, etc.). Alemari's role stops at the introduction.

3

Writing a trip that converts

Use real photos where you can — trips with your own photos read as more trustworthy than generic stock images.

Fill in the specifics — meeting point, inclusions/exclusions, what to bring. It directly cuts down repetitive questions before someone books.

Include a day-by-day plan if you have one — travellers consistently want to know what happens each day, not just the highlights.

Running the same trip on multiple dates? List every batch date, not just the first one — otherwise travellers only see one option.

4

How enquiries work

When a traveller finds your trip and wants to connect, they click "Chat with organiser on WhatsApp" — it opens directly in your own WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, no separate inbox to check. You can track your published trips, drafts, and enquiries anytime from your Dashboard.

5

Pricing

Alemari is currently free for organisers, with no commission on your trips. See the full Pricing page →
